As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will:

Locate, recruit, hire and assign information technology and engineering professionals to fill customer contract and full time requirements.
Consistently source and deliver candidates with difficult and hard to find skill sets.
Source, contact, interview, and checks references for interested, qualified candidates by following TIVA SYSTEMS recruiting policies and procedures.
Promote and maintain a positive image of TIVA SYSTEMS.
· Initiate personal growth by understanding market trends and emerging technologies.

Interact with employees primarily for referrals and for re-assignment.
Adding positive energy to a buzzing sales and recruiting environment


What we offer you:

Market rate base salary
Very aggressive commission plan, almost like profit sharing
Annual bonus paid quarterly
Medical and dental package


Hiring Requirements/Preferences:

Four year degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills
· 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in the technical staffing industry.

Knowledge of industry and high end skill sets.
Demonstrated understanding of recruiting and sales processes.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead by example.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
