About Me:

President and Founder of Allen-Jeffers Associates, Inc. began my recruiting career with Reed-Mathews Consultants, a niche medical recruitment firm in 1976. Prior experience includes operational and Board level positions with Multitronics Systems Corporation, an electronic engineering and assembly firm specializing in early stage product development and prototyping. Additional experience in operations management and manufacturing with such firms as C.R.Bard and American Hospital Supply Corporation round out a career spanning over 30 years. I have developed a significant contact database due, in part, to his hands-on experience within the fields serviced. I have been an invited speaker at universities and firms seeking to educate and better utilize recruitment resources toward career planning and development.

I have successfully recruited at the CEO, COO, Vice President, Board of Directors level on a continuous basis across a wide variety of markets within the medical device and pharmaceutical marketplace as well as at the senior individual contributor level.

Favorite Activites:

I am a man of many interests. I anjoy foreign and domestic travel but find less time to do it than I would like. When the weather is right I enjoy flying model R/C gliders as well as building them. I am a techie at heart and am an early adopter of all things new in the world of technology ... I enjoy learning new ways of doing things that keep my firm and myself involved in the cutting edge.

Favorite Music, Movies, TV Shows:

I enjoy all music except rap and the very heavy alternative styles. I am as partial to Bob Dylan as I am to James Blunt or Reba.

My movies tend toward strong acting and the classics but enjoy Pirate and Shrek also. Always watch a Bogey movie when I notive it's on but can enjoy Pan's Labrynth equally well.
