• Handle 10-15 Requirements in a Week

• A full time researcher/sourcer who would provide desired resumes or contact details of candidates for the requirement provided by the client.

• Ability to strategically develop creative staffing initiatives to attract active and passive job seekers and diverse candidates (i.e. networking events, open houses, involvement with diversity associations/organizations, etc.)
• Experience with supporting Clients understanding the demands of their hiring needs.
• Ability to build a consistent pipeline of candidates for future openings of the Client.
• Manage a significant amount of requisitions while meeting time to fill and diversity goals.
• Effectively working with the Hiring Managers at the Client End to gain an understanding of compensation, organizational staffing goals and to develop new hiring strategies.
• 3-5 years experience in recruiting for all kind of full time or Interim positions on all type of requirements from Entry level to C level positions
