- 27 years as a recruiter and have owned and managed TELL/COM RECRUITERS since 1983. A few years ago I looked at my business and asked myself if I were to start over in the recruiting field what would I do right now ... with all the knowledge I'd accumulated as well as all the technologies available and decided to cast a bigger net.
Recruiting ... recruiting ...recruiting: I love it and that's what I do!
However over the past 2 years I've been developing a web based technology with a GREAT home grown search engine that allows recruiters to share their best candidates with other recruiters that I'd like everyone to share with me. (Launch date is July 4)!
In 2008 I started using a little known tool called CardBrowser to do passive candidate searches and a few months later after much success purchased the exclusive rights to resell the CardBrowser service to the recruitment and search industry.
If anybody is interested I'd be more than happy to take them on a little tour of the product.
But I definitely like to do splits with other good recruiters!
