Beginning in my home state of Texas, I was the Partner/Manager of a Financial Services search firm with offices in Dallas, Houston, and Austin for five years. Primarily, I was involved in the placement of Banking and Mortgage professionals. After selling my share of the company, I established Lenders West, Inc. in 1992, in order to specialize in the recruitment of Banking / Financial / Mortgage professionals.
