About Me:

I have been in the executive search industry since 1994 with a speciality niche that spans the Property/Casualty side of the insurance industry. I began my journey working for my mother, Suzi, for Taub & Associates. After many years of helping the business to grow, including opening up Taub's Temps in 1996, I earned my way into a full partnership. In 2000, my mom and I took the business out of the house and hired recruiters. We joined CSP through CAPC in 1996 and since that time I have received honorable mention for Consultant of the Year for the L.A. Chapter, was voted Consultant of the Year last year and won at the state level. I have also earned my CSP designation from ASA. I have been on the board of CAPC/CSP since 1997 holding the chapter offices of Secretary, Vice President, President for two years and am now Immediate Past President. I've held the following offices on the state board: Treasurer, Secretary, State Director of the L.A. Chapter, Membership Chair, and now the PAC Chair. I was co-chair for CSP's 2005 and 2006 conferences have been a speaker not only for CSP conferences, but also at the 2003 NAPS conference. I'm a room mom for my children's classes, and held the office of Secretary for 4 years on my temple's executive board. I am a past state representative to Illinois in California for the International Order of Rainbow for Girls.

I enjoy scrapbooking and am a Creative Memories consultant. My husband and I live in Canyon Country and have three beautiful children, Jordan (9), Bailey (7), and Tristan (4½).
