About Me:

Mr. Martinez has over ten years experience in the field of recruiting. He currently works in the capacity of Information Systems and Engineering recruiter. He has recruited for contracting consulting services and permanent placements for clients throughout the US.

His experience is in all areas and levels of IT professionals including Programmers and Developers (client server and web based), DBA’s, QA Engineers, Business and Systems Analysts, LAN and WAN Support / Administrators / Architects, IT Project Managers and Project Administrators. Has also recruited for Engineering positions including but not limited to ASIC Designers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Drafters, Process/Manufacturing Engineers, Reliability Engineers and other miscellaneous engineering positions. Carlos has successfully developed and maintained a consultant base for contracting services for a variety of clients as well as identified candidates for direct hire opportunities. He s is proficient with identifying candidates utilizing numerous methods and resources.

Prior to joining NTS, Carlos worked for four years with the Computer Software Division of McDonnell Douglas Technical Services Company (MDTSC), a Boeing Subsidiary in the capacity on Information Systems Recruiter.

This Division focused on providing the Boeing Company and non-aerospace commercial clients with staff augmentation for IT Projects. Services included but were not limited to recruiting of Client Server Programmers (Oracle, Powebuilder, VB, Access, SQL Servers), Internet Developers (JAVA, HTML, Cold Fusion, ASP), LAN/ WAN (Windows NT, Netware, CISCO, Frame Relay, Ethernet), Technical Support Specialists, Administrators, and various other IT related positions. He recruited candidates for contract, contract to hire and permanent opportunities. Main focus was in the commercial division supporting Fortune 500 clients in the greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area.
