Try searching on sales + natural stone, granite, marble, countertops, custom stone, etc. Also search on the company's competitors' names. Also find out where the company hired this person's predecessor(s). It shouldn't be hard to surface resumes if you get the rest of the story. - Andrew
Hi Andrew,
My name is Parvez i have a clientbased in midwest area it's a leading natural stone company.
I would certainly appreciate if you could advice me any effective string or way to search outside/inside sales representatives from "natural stone" background.
I would appreciate your advice, because i have only few months experiance in this industry & i have got a very big requirement.
Diane, I don't belong to CSP or NACCB or the other recruiting-related groups. My focus is narrow (laser-like, actually), my territory tiny, and my approach deliberately unconventional and very much more candidate-friendly than that of any other recruiter I've ever met or heard about. I'm very active in the professional organization that serves those candidates, have a huge and focused LinkedIn network, and generally do what I'd want done if I were a candidate (which I was before I became a recruiter). It works wonders.
Clayton, thanks for letting me know about that resource. I don't yet have clients in Dallas, but have noted your contact info. If I might reciprocate, please let me know.
Thanks Andrew! I've worked on some training reqs myself... I've got a decent network in the Dallas area if you ever need to tap into it...
