An educator since the late 1980's, I teach entrepreneurial subjects (business planning, recordkeeping, quickbooks and taxes) at two NJ community colleges, a microloan program and the NJ Small Business Development Centers. I am a certified Quickbooks professional advisor, certified in Quickbooks 2002 through 2009 editions. I also work with startups to assist them in entity selection, taxation and getting their books organized.

About Fairleigh Dickinson...I spent 3 of my 4 undergraduate years at Temple University. That last year, people who lived in Philadelphia argued that Temple should become a State school and wanted to be admitted. There was so much controversy that many classes were cancelled. I would have had to attend a 5th year at Temple to get all my credits and that made no sense. So, I transferred to FDU and attended the Madison Campus. I remember it being a very pretty place. I haven't been back East in several years, but lately I miss the pace of NYC..but only for a visit!
