I know people who will buy your house fast but unless you have alot of equity in it usually you end up not making that much or take a loss. The housing market out here is slow. I just switched back to IT recruiting because the mortgage business is so bad. I was recruiting in mortgage for that couple years and now the local marekt is really really slow. Good luck. It is a pretty area out there. I suggest you list it with a realtor if you haven't already and have the realtor AGGRESSIVELY market the property.
