Thanks for introducing yourself. I exclusively recruit technical communicators -- Technical Writers, Trainers, Instructional Designers, User Interface Designers, User Experience/Accessibility experts, Editors, and so on -- so when you need such folk, let's collaborate!
Hey Jill: Thanks for the invite. You have you hometown listed as The Woodlands - can you tell me what state you are in? Thanks! M&M (mm@mary-margaret.com)

About Me:
I actually work with a a team of recruiters who service all the niches I checked in the boxes. As an SPHR and because I'm so involved with SHRM on a local, state and national basis, I would say that I would have more personal access to work opportunities within the HR realm.
Favorite Activites:
Would love to say it's "play golf," but I'm so pathetic at the sport that it's not always a fun time. I suppose time at the beach is my alltime favorite activity.
I have about 1,000,000 home improvement projects going on right now. I know that that is definitely NOT my favorite activity!
Favorite Music, Movies, TV Shows:
Mostly hgtv, if I sit down to watch TV at all. As for movies, usually comedies or chick-flicks. Definitely chick-lit for reading. My music tastes are all over the spectrum. There's really nothing I don't like--well, maybe jazz.
Favorite Quote:
Angels can fly because they take themselves lightly.

I too struggle with golf...I see it as the perfect metaphor for recruiting..so it keeps me grounded.
