Reading your information/Bio it seems as though you and I are in the same business arena. I'm with Convergys designing and implementing recruiting solutions for Fortune 500 companies. If I read your information correctly you are actively recruiting on a global level.
If you want I'd like to compare notes, me from upstream and you downstream. What could I be doing better to help the recruiters once the go-live becomes a reality.

As a Ex-SPHR, Ex-OD Consultant, & Ex-Certified Trainer (CRI & IMD) who now sources for them on occasion; perhaps being in one another's network would benefit us both. Thanks for consideration . . .
One of my lifelong desires is to go hang gliding. Is it as exhilarating as I imagine? what I see is being out in complete, unobstructed expanse and able to see as far as the horizon in all directions. Able to see absolutely everything there is to see. And as you glide like a bird on the wind, you hear the air brushing past your ears and feel it tearing at your face.
While not the same as parachuting, you're still free to float and glide and do the things that allow you to propel yourself in your space on your own power or ingenuity. But you have the safety of your wings.
I like your philosophy about how to treat candidates and clients. It's definitely a breath of fresh air from another exchange I had earlier where the person had a 180 philosophy.
Hello Sheree!
Thanks for the invitation. Lets do some business together. I do a lot of business in Pennsylvania. Next job order, lets do a split? ABC - always be closing!

About Me:
I recruit Cleared Professionals (TS and above) for the aerospace and defense industry. I've been recruiting for 20 years and recruiting is my passion. Building a strong network and keeping up with the latest in recruiting trends and technology has allowed me to stay on top. Developing relationships with clients and candidates is critical, as is the follow-up. I treat others as I'd like to be treated - very simple, and it works.

Thank you for the invitation as well, and if we can ever do business down the road, please let me know.

Thanks for the invitation. It's always a pleasure to connect with someone who, too, has been in the industry for awhile.
