- I have a MS in I/O psych from Kansas. Most of my colleagues went straight to the consulting side of the house, right out of out school (because thats just when you know everything in the world~right after you are conferred your first advanced degree. Not me, though. Was working at a Ewing Marion Kaufman funded bridge~funding firm, analyzing risks of angel funding of military projects (yawn) when someone noticed we have no diversity there. Raised my hand, said Id go find some! Fast forward, 12 years later, here I am. Ive recruited start ups mostly (Sprint, when it was a big deal in KS city, Dell when they first came to TN, and WebMD, when we overhauled it in Nashville.) I still recruit, but now its more about managing our staffing department, benchmarking, next level, valid metrics measurement, etc,. Currentl research is on Organizational Culture undergoing assimilation.

- running and anything on the water. I live on a houseboat in the summers.

- There a few things I watch, but not a lot of TV.
Weeds. Big Love, Sopranos. And Jaws. If its on, Ill watch it. No matter what. Love the sportcoats.
