- I have worked on all sides of the staffing business. In the early 90's as staffing for IT services, to IT Service Outsourcing, Project Outsourcing Services, managing on-site teams nationwide for a vendor neutral VMS company specializing in 1099 compliance services as well as vendor management services, to niche Engineering Services in the Aerospace and Defense industry. The most valuable lesson I have learned along the way in this people centric business is lead with integrity, believe in what you say, sell and do and be willing to take the fall when the people aspect takes an unforeseen turn. This is a great business!

- Favorite Activites:
- Anything having to do with hanging by the beach, lake, or pool take a priority when planning my free time. I love to garden, ski, (water and snow) and I am remembering how much I love to golf! When hanging out with the kids and friends I can be found in a line up with my friends with a hairbrush as a microphone singing along to our favorite Motown tunes!
- Favorite Music, Movies, TV Shows:
- Love stupid (to some) humor, TV like Everybody Loves Raymond, The old new Christine, and all the CSI shows. I was brought up on good old fashion soul music, know all the words to the Rapper's Delight by the Sugar Hill Gang, can't help singing a few bars to any old Disco tune, and love Stevie Wonder. On the modern side, love bands like Jet, the Killers, and Bloc Party too. All time favorite is Jamiroquai.
